Annual membership fee $12.00 Activities include: Bowling twice monthly on alternate Saturdays at Sunrise Lanes, 6393 9th St North, St. Petersburg. Fee $3.25 plus Shoes 0.25, August through May. Bowling Banquet with trophies and presents, Members receive a newsletter with a calendar of activities.

is a socialization organization that uses the YMCA and is supported by the YMCA . About 40 people participate in MASH and meet twice monthly for fellowship and wellness activities at the "Y". We participate in Special Olympics and will be doing "Relay for Life" for the American Cancer Society.

Special
Olympics Pinellas offers ongoing training and a series of sports competitions
held at each organizational level, culminating in State Games. The State Games
feature Opening and Closing Ceremonies, the lighting of the Special Olympics
“Flame of Hope,” awards ceremonies and a variety of social activities that
are modeled after the Olympic Games.

Recreation uses education and recreation services to help people with illnesses,
disabilities and other conditions to develop and use their leisure in ways that
will enhance their health, functional abilities, independence and quality of
life. The Therapeutic Recreation Office coordinates programs for challenged
individuals at various St. Petersburg locations.
