Advocare Trust was created by parents so that after their deaths there would always be someone to "care" for their child.  Someone who will visit and monitor the care their child receives from all sources for the rest of their lives. The enrollment fee for life long services in 2008 is $51,000.  These funds are placed in a restricted trust and the income and gains are utilized to fund the operating budget for the company.
